Course One:

Where do you start to balance all the aspects of your life? You are your best resource. Now learn how to use it.

In this course we learn how to manage the 5 Rs and cultivate happiness. We learn how our thoughts and habits influence our lives and we introduce simple, dynamic habits to revitalise the way we live.

Course Two:

The Power of Conscious Choice. What is it?
This course covers the power of conscious choice and how to use it. The course includes recognising opportunities and creating a productive life from making the most of these opportunities. We learn how to manage our lifestyle in a sustainable way to protect and nourish all life. We come to understand that we are responsible and accountable for the choices we make.

Course Three:

Do you sabotage your relationships?
What are past lives and how do they affect this life?
What is the connection between Karma and past lives? What is Karma?
Genetic spirituality:what is it and how can we affect our spiritual legacy?
