Face The Fear Head On

Being free of fear is the most liberating thing we can do for ourselves. Facing our fears takes courage and a true commitment to be free of all limitations. Fear and Love cannot simultaneously dwell in the same house so when we consciously choose to be free of fear we state that we are choosing Love in its place.

Image First of all we need to look within our ‘seIf’ to find where fear might lie.  Once we locate it we come to understand that our fears have been created by us.  It is important to understand that what we create we can certainly diminish. It really is a matter of choice. One might ask why would we want to create situations that put us in a fearful state rather than in a peaceful state?  None of us sits down and asks for fear to fill us.

What we sometimes do, however, is create situations that result in emotions ruling our judgement. We end up with our emotional generator re-acting for us in stead of holding the power in our own hands and choosing how to re-spond. When we make our intentions clear and commit to having a life of peace and love we can change the situations that are causing us grief.  We can also use fear to motivate us to be rid of the emotion of fear. We can challenge ourselves to deal with it; face it and overcome it. The Balanced Life courses show us the way to build a life of peace and happiness.
